Underneath all the noise and distraction that increasingly surrounds us, there is a quiet place within, which, through river of love, connects us to wider reality than the one in which we spend most of our time.
In this reality, that seems more real than the one we are used to, exists friendly presence, unity, love, softness, understanding and compassion.
In that place inside of you, you can learn a lot of things, get valuable insights and sense of belonging. It is a safe place that I often wonder how could I have ever forgotten, how could I have ever “left”.
And again, we are still in it, and in reality, we have never left it.
But what makes us forget?
While still in the spirit world, a new incarnation is planned and many things are taken in consideration before we are born into the physical form: longing of the soul to have certain experiences, its intention to incarnate, karma, its personal growth as well as the gift it wants to share with the humanity. Many spirits, embodied and not embodied, accompany us on this journey. We are never alone.
However, it does not always feel so.
Early childhood wounding has profound impact on our lives. Our consciousness begins to structure itself around the wound in the form of defense, with the purpose to protect us from similar harm and pain that might come our way again. This soft pain is hardened by incredible combination of defensive mechanisms in which we spend most of our lives, deeply entangled. Our identity, reality, life, career, achievements - everything can be based, in great degree, on the actual pain and fear we carry deep inside. We can eat healthy diet, exercise, meditate, be good citizens, all out of fear of illness or this world, rather than love towards the self and the other.
And so, we forget…
But what keeps this defensive mechanism unmistakably in its place, for such a long time, with such a precision?
In order for the wounded consciousness to stay “protected” and separate from river of life, we need one ingredient that sometimes we don’t take too seriously, but without which duality cannot exist. It is called judgment.
In order to maintain separation and protection of the wounded part of ourselves, we more than often make sure we judge the one who hurt us. And not only that one person, but the whole group of people, like family side from which the person is coming, area, country, nation, gender, a religious group…it becomes big and international. It leads to war, when enough people form the group and collective judgment that grows to belief system. We can identify with that judgment, or conclusion, we can attack and kill for it in extreme situations.
Judgment stops the flow of love.
Judgment separates. It compartmentalizes our own consciousness, collective and the life on this planet. When we judge one person or a group, we are actually saying: those are not deserving of love. Just because they wear this or that, just because they speak this language, just because they are from that country…just because, it is better for me to stay distant from them. It is better for me, safer, to stay alone, to stay separated.
I have discovered in my recent meditations that there is a river of love we are part of - actually we are the river of love. In that field of love there is a friendly and accepting presence that does not judge me, that does not criticize me, that does not have problem with my brown eyes and my female body. It is accepting and keeps including me more and more in its limitless unconditional love. Or better said, I am already included, as are you, but I am just able now to drop some of my self judgments and allow myself to be included.
It is time we allow conscious transmutation of concepts, beliefs and energies that are old, worn off and were product of its time and past experiences to dissolve. It is time we stop holding on them as they do not enhance, but rather stifle our lives.
It is time we dive again all parts of ourselves in the river of love and let it take us to the ocean where we belong and where we deserve love…just because we are.
* The following is a meditation made with the purpose to bring conscious awarness to the judgments that automatically happen on daily bases, and to dissolve them, in combination with personal work. It is woven with inspirational messages from other dimensions.
* Breath used to charge energy field is adopted from Barbara Brennan. She explains how it is done in her book Hands of Lght.
"Take a deep breath through your nose. First, fill your lower abdomen with air, then your middle chest, and then your upper chest. Now open your mouth as wide as you can. Hold the back of your tongue toward the back of your throat and hold your throat in such a way as to allow the air to escape only if it rasps against the upper back part of your throat near the soft pal- ate. Try to get it to rasp as far back as you can. The rasping sound should be fine, not gurgly. Do not throw your head back. Keep it directly on top of your spine. Slowly allow the air to escape from your body, first the air in the lower abdomen, then in the middle chest, and then in the upper chest. Let all the air out. Take a breath and relax. Repeat the reasping breath."
