Violet Salad

 I am one of those who believe that medicinal plants are the best taken on daily bases as a food, not only when we are sick.

Therefore , wash violets, flowers mostly, and toss in your favorite salad. Its color adds to the beauty of your meal, mild sweetness to the taste and its vitamins and medicinal properties to your health. Add some olive oil, sprouts, hamp seeds, apple cider vinegar, Bragg's amino acids.
