Small piece of wakame
1 cup water
1 stalk celery
1 tbsp tofu cut into small squares
1 tsp miso
Put in water wakame, sliced celery and tofu. Boil for 5 minutes. Turn off and stir in Miso. Garnish with scallion or parsley. (do not boil miso)
