Brain balls

Holidays are around the corner, and we will have numerous opportunities to enjoy meals with our families. Just to make sure you get some healthy desert, here is brain boosting herbal ball recipe. For good memory of those precious moments with loved ones! This is modified recipe from Rosemary Gladstar.
1.5 cup almond (cashew or any nut butter)
1.5 cup tahini (sesame butter)
2/3 -1 cup of honey (or adjust according to your taste)
1/2 cup cocoa or carob powder
1 tsp cardamom
1tsp cinnamon
Herbs (powdered)
2 oz gingko
2 oz gotu kola
2 oz brahmi
1 oz siberian ginseng
1/4 oz rosemary
1/2 chopped walnuts (or nuts of your choice)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup hemp
1/2 chia seeds
1/4 goji berries, etc.
Mix  dry  ingredients including herbs. Add optional ingredients, and than add honey. Mix well and roll the balls. If need any more binding material, add coconut oil, rather than water. Roll the balls in orange, rose powder or coconut. Eat one a day.
